Flexential is seeking a Director of HR Business Partners to lead a team delivering strategic HR partnerships to senior leaders across functions. You will shape a practical people agenda, ensure fast, high-quality HR support, and collaborate with P&C leadership to meet growth goals.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will coach partners, manage workforce planning, and drive talent reviews, succession planning, and retention initiatives across locations.
