Job description
SNI Companies has partnered with a growing financial firm in search of a Director, Strategic Initiatives. The candidate can sit in the Washington DC–Baltimore area or New York City, with a full-time direct hire and a hybrid schedule.
Compensation: $180K–$250K base plus bonus and full benefits. MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred; 10–12+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or enterprise program management within asset management or financial services.
