Job description
Stonebridge Financial Group is seeking a Director of Operations & Growth to lead scalable systems, optimize technology, and strengthen compliance across the firm.
In the first six months, focus on documenting processes, building reporting systems, and establishing an operational foundation; later, lead advisor recruitment and strategic growth initiatives as the firm expands.
This role reports directly to ownership and offers increasing leadership responsibilities as the organization grows.
