Job description
Benepass, Inc. is seeking a Director of Strategic Alliances to accelerate growth by building and managing key consulting and brokerage partnerships across the U.S. This role reports to the Head of Strategic Alliances and blends strategic thinking with hands-on relationship management to drive new business.
The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in alliances and enterprise sales, a deep benefits ecosystem understanding, and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. Travel ~40% is required.
