Sara's Mediterranean Market, based in Richardson, TX, seeks a Director of Purchasing & Supply Chain to lead procurement, category management, and inventory strategy across grocery and related categories. This hands-on leadership role will own margin, availability, and vendor strategy to drive profitability and operational excellence.
The role collaborates with COO/CEO, finance, operations, and merchandising to scale the business as it grows, including multi-unit expansion.
