Job description
Sentara Health in Virginia Beach is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Transformation to lead large-scale organizational changes. The role requires alignment with senior leaders, a strategic vision, and end-to-end delivery of initiatives through a cross-functional team.
You will define programs, track KPIs, and ensure on-scope, on-budget delivery while partnering with IT for process simplification and automation enablement. A Bachelor degree and Six Sigma Black Belt are required.
