Job description
Capital One seeks a Director, Chief of Staff to join the CDX leadership team. You will drive strategic orchestration across Product, Tech and Design, partnering with senior leaders to translate vision into roadmaps and ensure disciplined execution at scale.
You will shape operating rhythms, enable cross-functional alignment, and steward financial planning in a matrixed, high-visibility role. This position reports to an Executive Vice President and supports organizational excellence.
