Job description
Andrew Wommack Ministries seeks a Director of Recruitment to lead Charis Bible College's student-pipeline efforts, craft annual recruitment plans, and collaborate with Enrollment, Marketing, and college partners to meet enrollment goals.
You will build a high-performing team, oversee outreach and events, analyze funnel metrics, and manage budgets and travel while maintaining faith-based alignment and a standard of excellence in service.
