Job description
University of North Texas at Dallas is seeking a Director of Dallas Promise Scholars to design and oversee a comprehensive student success initiative that supports eligible students, including both first-time-in-college and transfer students.
This role supervises five full-time Student Success Coaches and ensures proactive, student-centered coaching using data to improve persistence, engagement, and degree completion.
