Requirements
10 years of experience in production operations and/or production management including budgeting, scheduling, and effectively collaborating across departments at all levels of a production company or studio.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement efficient processes.
Strong analytical and data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel (e.g., data manipulation, building reports). AI literacy required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong relationship management and the ability to foster and sustain a positive, high-performing work culture; highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Exceptional presentation skills with keen attention to detail, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
Ability to partner cross-functionally, maintain a positive work culture and effectively navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate a “no ego” mentality; resilient, eager, and professional approach to challenge and desire to advance in the organization.
Ability to work at the highest strategic level and in a granular capacity, bringing analytic problem solving to the table along with the deep collaboration skills needed to work in a matrix environment.

Compensation: $113,000 - $200,000 /year USD
