Base pay range
$180,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Our client is seeking aprocess-driven Director of Supply Chain & Operations to lead end-to-end inventory, procurement, planning, and warehouse operations while playing a key role in the reimplementation of the ERP system (Macola ). This is an opportunity to make a company-wide impact by optimizing supply chain workflows and implementing scalable operational practices during a period of rapid growth and organizational change.
The role reports directly to the CEO and will initially focus on core operations in the NJ/PA area, with future involvement in integrating newly acquisitions.
.What You'll Do
Lead and manage inventory control, purchasing, logistics, materials planning, and warehousing
Drive process improvements and establish SOPs across all operational areas
Serve as thesubject matter expert and operational lead for the ERP (Macola) reimplementation
Implement and refineMRP processes and ensure alignment across departments
Map and optimize workflows around inventory, invoicing, and production planning
Resolve production/materials issues to prevent downtime and ensure timely delivery
Oversee field service operations and related project initiatives
Facilitate ERP testing, data migration, documentation, and user training
Champion continuous improvement and change management initiatives
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
15+ years of supply chain and planning experience, including team leadership
7+ years in operations with direct ERP involvement; 3+ years leading ERP reimplementation projects
Expertise in warehouse operations, inventory control, procurement, andMRP systems
Familiarity withMacola ERP strongly preferred
APICS/CPIM certification is a plus
Knowledge of ISO-9000, Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies is desirable
Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
