Job description
HiredFirst, a 204-bed hospital in Loxahatchee, FL, seeks a Director of Surgical Services to lead a department spanning orthopedics, bariatrics, neurosurgery, GYN and pediatrics in a high-volume environment.
Reporting to the COO, you will oversee operations, staffing, budgeting, and quality initiatives, drive evidence-based practices, and develop new service lines while fostering staff development and efficiency.
