HiredFirst is seeking a Director of Surgical Services in Las Vegas, NV for a 834-bed acute care facility—the largest in Nevada—housing 23 ORs and performing more than 18,000 cases annually.
The role leads OR operations, quality and patient safety, budget forecasting, labor management, and service-line growth, with RN licensure, BSN required, and Master’s preferred. Full-time, day shift, no weekend requirement.
