Job description
Bioventus, a leader in medical devices, seeks a Director of Sales to drive revenue for the Ultrasonic Portfolio in the South Central region. You will lead a direct sales team, hire and coach TMs/ATMs, develop product plans, forecast trends and coordinate with Marketing and Operations to meet growth targets.
The role requires proven sales leadership in medical devices, strategic planning, and strong interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams and customers.
