Job description
Travelers is seeking a Director of Product Development — Surplus Lines to lead product strategy across six BI units. You will supervise regulatory processes, guides and forms, and coordinate with Legal, Finance and field operations while driving training and onboarding to maintain continuity.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years in product development in financial services, plus 1 year of people management, with deep understanding of underwriting, pricing, and regulatory environments.
