Job description
Nestlé USA seeks a Director to lead the integrated agriculture strategy for dairy, aligning agronomy, sourcing, and regenerative practices with ESG goals. You will unify fragmented activities into a centralized operating model and partner across Procurement, ESG, R&D, and Quality to deliver sustainable outcomes.
You will translate global strategy into U.S. execution, strengthen supplier ecosystems, and drive measurable improvements in cost, reliability, and carbon reduction.
