A leading technology provider is seeking an experienced Director/Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting for their Marketing and Corporate Shared Services. The role combines managing a recruiting team and fulfilling high-level recruitment needs in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates have 8-12 years of talent acquisition experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive diversity and inclusion strategies. This hybrid position requires attendance at headquarters in Tysons, VA, two days a week.
