Job description
7Brew Coffee in Tampa, FL is seeking a Director of Hiring and Training to lead talent acquisition and training for new stands, ensuring our brand culture and high standards. The role requires an energetic, strategic leader who can recruit, train, and retain top hospitality talent across multiple locations.
You will gatekeep hiring, onboard 60–75 brewistas per stand, backfill regional openings, and build scalable training programs that foster quality and a welcoming environment for new teammates.
