Introduce and manage modern learning approaches such as experiential learning, coaching, peer learning, and curated external content

Ensure all talent and learning initiatives align with firm governance, compliance, and quality standards

Use data, feedback, and insights to continuously refine programs and inform leadership decision‑making

Collaborate with Human Capital partners and external providers to deliver cohesive, scalable, and high‑quality talent solutions

Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines

High degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information

Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
