Define requirements, workflows, business logic, and success criteria for operations systems and engineering initiatives.

Translate complex operational needs into clear product and engineering requirements.

Work directly with operators to understand workflows, edge cases, pain points, and user needs.

Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to build internal platforms or operational tools.

Strong analytical and communication skills across technical and operational teams.

Ability to move from strategy through execution in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building or scaling internal operations platforms or workflow systems.

Experience applying AI or agentic automation to operational workflows.

Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, automation platforms, and system architecture.

Experience in AI data operations, human data infrastructure, marketplace operations, or distributed workforce operations.
