Job description
BIC World is seeking a Sales Director for Target and the U.S. Drug Channel to drive sustainable growth across two strategic retail channels.
You will lead customer strategy, annual business planning, and financial performance while partnering with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal to bring winning strategies to market. Reporting to senior leadership, you will build trusted relationships with executives, manage the customer P&L, and coach a high-performing sales team.
