Job description
My Boston-based financial management services client is hiring its first ever SVP, Director of Tax. Reporting directly to the CFO and managing 1 direct report, this will be the firm's lead tax advisor and have the opportunity to build out an entire function and team.
Qualified applicants must have the following:
Minimum 10+ years of progressive tax experience, including investment management, partnership taxation, and corporate tax strategy.
Experience in the asset management space
Deep knowledge of partnership taxation, fund taxation, executive tax planning, transfer pricing, and investment management structures.
This position reports into Boston proper 3x per week
Compensation is up to $375K total ($250K base + 50% bonus)
