Job description
3 Bridge Networks seeks an experienced Director of Tax to lead the firm’s tax function across funds, the management company, and GP entities. The role partners with Finance, Legal, and external tax advisors to drive strategy, compliance, and planning for venture capital investments.
The ideal candidate has a strong partnership tax background with venture capital or private equity experience and will oversee tax planning, reporting, and risk management for multiple investment structures.
