Title: Director of Teaching and Learning
Pella Community Schools is seeking an innovative, collaborative, and student-centered leader to serve as our Director of Teaching and Learning . This position provides district-level leadership for teaching, learning, curriculum, assessment, and instructional improvement across the district.
The Director of Teaching and Learning will work closely with teachers, instructional coaches, building administrators, and district leadership to strengthen instructional practices, support professional learning, analyze student learning data, and ensure a cohesive, high-quality educational experience for all students. This leader will help translate district goals into meaningful instructional practices while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educational leader who is passionate about teaching and learning, developing educators, and creating exceptional learning opportunities for every student . The successful candidate will bring strong instructional expertise, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a commitment to the continued growth and success of Pella Community Schools.
Previous successful experience as a teacher and administrator, preferred.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree required
Administrator's Certification preferred
Previous successful experience as a teacher and administrator, preferred.
