Job description
Mastercard is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to lead a global TPM organization within the MSBX portfolio. This role will define the TPM operating model, drive delivery governance, and partner with Product and Engineering to align priorities and deliver customer-focused solutions.
You will establish metrics, manage risks, and provide executive visibility into portfolio performance, shaping strategic initiatives with senior leadership across multiple tribes and programs.
