About TerraFlex
TerraFlex is a newly established, private-equity-backed operating platform focused on building a large portfolio of world-class industrial outdoor storage ("IOS") properties. Its existing portfolio spans approximately 260 acres across six states and reflects a strategy of investing in large-scale IOS assets located in supply-constrained, infill locations within key logistics and maritime markets. TerraFlex's facilities are high-quality, purpose-built, and flexible enough to accommodate the specific needs of a wide range of outdoor storage users, including logistics companies, equipment rental businesses, marine-related businesses, building suppliers, contractors, and other infrastructure-related businesses.
About TerraFlex
TerraFlex has ambitious plans to expand its portfolio through the acquisition of additional IOS assets and to scale the business rapidly. As a result, joining TerraFlex at this formative stage offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the platform and play a meaningful role in its growth.
TerraFlex is owned by Green Courte Partners , LLC ("Green Courte"), a Chicago-based, high-energy, fast-paced private equity real estate investment firm with a demonstrated track record of building and scaling businesses within niche real estate sectors.
About Green Courte Partners, LLC
Green Courte's current strategies include building fully integrated companies investing in industrial outdoor storage ("IOS") (through the firm's IOS platform, TerraFlex), active adult/independent living senior housing assets (through the firm's senior living platform, True Connection Communities), land-lease communities (through the firm's land-lease communities platform, Windward Communities), and near-airport parking assets. The firm combines focused investment strategies with a disciplined approach to transaction execution and asset management. Green Courte's goal is to invest in high-quality assets that will generate attractive risk-adjusted returns over a long-term holding period.
