Job description
Arrow Child & Family Ministries seeks a Therapeutic Treatment Director to oversee the clinical treatment needs of youth across Mental & Behavioral Health Support Services, Human Trafficking Victim/Survivor Support Services, and Treatment Foster Care within assigned areas.
The role includes clinical supervision, treatment direction, and coordination of risk management to ensure trauma-informed, evidence-based services aligned with individual needs and permanency goals.
