Job description
Genmab is seeking a Director/Associate Director, Thought Leader Engagement in the U.S. to lead national strategy with Head & Neck oncology KOLs and Medical Experts. This field-based role drives insights for launch readiness, coordinating across Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.
You will build relationships, plan major congress activities, recruit the speaker bureau, and ensure a seamless, differentiated One Genmab experience. Travel 50–60% is expected.
