DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank is seeking a Director of Processing Operations to lead all processing functions with a focus on quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. You will shape processing strategy, coordinate across departments, and drive continuous improvements to meet customer demand.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years in tissue banking leadership, and direct management experience.
