Job description
EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Director of Compensation to join the North America Total Rewards Leadership team. You will design, govern, and improve compensation programs to attract and retain talent, align with business priorities, and ensure compliant pay practices.
You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal and leaders to deliver analytics, governance, annual planning, and scalable processes across base pay, bonuses, and incentive programs.
