Job description
McKinney Specialty Labs in Richmond, VA seeks a Director of Toxicology to provide scientific, operational, and people leadership for the Toxicology function, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely laboratory testing while managing personnel, resources, and capacity.
This role partners with Quality, Operations, Client/Program Management and leadership to support business growth and to expand Toxicology capabilities through strategic planning, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.
