Job description
insitro is seeking a Director (or Senior Director) of Translational Medicine and Diagnostics in South San Francisco. You will build and lead translational medicine across neurology, metabolism/cardiovascular, and ophthalmology, guiding biomarker strategies and clinical trial optimization with AI/ML-driven approaches.
You will report to the Chief Medical Officer, collaborate across preclinical, clinical, regulatory, and computational teams, and work in a hybrid onsite setup with occasional travel
