Job description
Lee Health is seeking aDirector of Advanced Heart Failure Center to oversee the transplant continuum, from referral through post‑transplant care, with accountability for quality, safety and program growth. The role partners with physicians, APPs, nursing, LPG, and senior leadership to drive outcomes and collaboration.
