Job description
Hope House Treatment Centers in Crownsville, MD, is seeking a Director of Treatment to lead the Counseling Department and coordinate educational/therapeutic activities. You will supervise staff, ensure program quality, and participate in CQI activities while aligning with funding requirements.
The role requires a Master’s degree (CAC-AD preferred), and at least 3 years in substance/behavioral health with 5 years in admin supervision. A compassionate, results-driven leader is ideal.
