Job description
GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group LLC, a leading provider of specialized advisory services, seeks a Director, Restructuring & Insolvency. You will lead day-to-day restructuring engagements, develop analyses, and coordinate with clients, lenders, and legal teams to drive outcomes in distressed situations.
The role requires 9–12+ years in restructuring or distressed environments, strong financial modeling skills, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure and ambiguity.
