Job description
The David and Lucile Packard Foundation is seeking a director to lead the U.S. Racial Justice initiative's grantmaking, developing a strategy for and overseeing an initial $60 million in grantmaking to address anti-Black racism.
The role will collaborate across Foundation programs to align priorities with Just Societies goals. You will identify opportunities to advance racial justice across grantmaking, advise cross-cutting initiatives, and lead the Justice and Equity collaborative to support
