Job description
Alpha is hiring a Director of Community Engagement in the Miami metro. The role focuses on winning over UHNW families, expanding local partnerships, and maintaining the school’s trusted model across sophisticated parents and community leaders.
About half the time is spent outward-facing building partnerships and running events, with the rest handling escalations to protect enrollment and the model. This on-site, full-time role demands evening/weekend availability.
