Job description
Alpha is hiring for a Director Of Donor Relations to lead engagement with ultra-high-net-worth families and stay true to the school’s accelerated learning model. The role focuses on building local awareness, partnerships with family offices, and turning families into public advocates for 2 Hour Learning.
You will handle escalations by diagnosing model, campus execution, or family-fit issues, then document precedents for the network. This is a full-time, on-site role in the designated metro areas.
