Job description
Alpha School is hiring a Director of School Development to own the parent side in a major US metro—Miami, San Francisco, or Los Angeles—focusing on enrollment growth and UHNW advocacy. You will build partnerships, run admissions for wealthy families, and turn enrolled families into public champions while preserving the school's accelerated learning model.
This on-site, full-time role requires 7+ years in high-stakes private school leadership or related fields, and a track record with UHNW
