Job description
AutoNation, a leading U.S. automotive retailer, seeks a Director of Non-Franchise Variable Operations to lead used-vehicle performance across a market. You will own volume, gross profit, and PVR, embedding in stores to diagnose issues, coach top leaders, and drive rapid, cost-efficient reconditioning and acquisition strategies.
You will set standards for operations, coordinate with centralized and digital channels, and travel about 50% to implement improved processes and results.
