Cengage is seeking a Director of User Experience Design to shape the future of educational technology. You will lead a team of designers, set design strategy, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver modern, data-driven experiences.
You will coach and mentor your team, evolve UX standards, and stay ahead of trends and AI capabilities to create compelling customer experiences that differentiate our products.
