Job description
CBRE is seeking a Director, Variable Commission Delivery to lead a dedicated team delivering variable services for a top-tier global client. This role coordinates between CBRE, Turner & Townsend, and the client to ensure satisfaction and scalable account growth.
You will build a global delivery structure across Americas, EMENA, APAC, manage P&L, contracting, billing, and align internal finance with client goals. Strong leadership, finance acumen, and stakeholder management are essential.
