Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, remote Director of Vendor Services to oversee and optimize our vendor relationships and operations. This role will involve managing and evaluating vendor performance, negotiating contracts, developing vendor strategies, and ensuring seamless integration of vendor services. The Director will collaborate with internal teams to align vendor services with organizational goals, maintain high service quality, and ensure cost efficiency in all vendor-related processes.
Qualifications
Strong vendor management skills, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and relationship building
Proficiency in strategic planning and operational management
Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes within the hospitality industry
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple priorities effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Prior experience in a leadership role within hospitality or vendor management is preferred
Proficiency in modern vendor management tools and platforms is a plus
