Job description
Missouri State University is seeking a Director of Operations for Athletic & Entertainment Facilities on the Springfield Campus. You will oversee daily operations for facilities including Great Southern Bank Arena, Plaster Stadium, Hammons Student Center, and related venues.
The role requires strong leadership, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 1+ year in facility/venue management, and excellence in communication and operations planning. Evening/weekend hours are expected.
