Job description

Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium is seeking a Director of Operations to provide strategic oversight of daily facility operations for the SMA, a 3,244-seat theater and a 2,000-capacity Exhibit Hall. You will oversee events, budgets, maintenance, and safety across both venues.

This role requires 3+ years in facilities/operations management, proficiency with VenueOps and MaintainX, and the ability to lead crews through irregular, weekend-driven schedules.
