Job description
Caesars Entertainment’s Caesars Digital division seeks a Director of VIP Customer Experience to lead the VIP program, shaping strategy across hosts, players, and experiences. This role is the quarterback for our top teams and partners with client groups to elevate performance, execution, and service.
You will build a high-performance culture, drive retention, and oversee signature events across sportsbook and casino while mentoring a senior player development team.
