iMentor is seeking a proven Director of Volunteer Recruitment and Engagement (DVRE) for the Chicago region to lead mentor engagement and partnerships. This role oversees a team, develops strategies to mobilize high-quality mentors, and drives recruitment, satisfaction, and retention targets to support students’ postsecondary success.
