Job description
Solve Industrial Motion Group seeks a Director of Warehouse Operations in Indiana to oversee distribution and assembly, ensuring safe, accurate shipping and tight inventory control. You will lead a high-performing team, promote Lean and 5S, and drive KPI improvements in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires strong WMS and ASRS experience, P&L awareness, and collaboration with Engineering on OEM parts. Excellent communication and safety leadership are essential.
