Job description
Kolter Homes is seeking a dynamic Director of Lifestyle & Wellness to shape an elevated, resort-inspired lifestyle across communities. This leadership role blends lifestyle, wellness, hospitality, entertainment, and amenity operations to deliver engaging resident experiences.
Reporting to the VP of Resort Lifestyle, you will translate the vision into scalable programs, standards, and events, coaching multi-location teams and partnering with Sales and Marketing to showcase the lifestyle.
