Job description
American IV is seeking a Director of Wellness to oversee all clinical and nursing services within the community, ensuring high-quality and dignified care for residents. You will supervise LPNs, CNAs, and RAs, manage medication systems, and ensure compliance with Illinois regulations and facility policies.
You will lead resident assessments, ISPs, family communications, and staff education while coordinating staffing and on-call coverage to maintain safe, resident-centered care.
